  1. Place chicken and pineapple chunks in a greased crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and Mrs. Dash.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the soy sauce, garlic, pineapple juice. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Chicken temp needs to be 165.
Recipe Notes

To finish our dinner I made a batch of white rice and stir-fried veggies.  It is also great over your favorite noodles.
