This month I am going to focus all the recipes on “Asian Take-out” dishes you can make at home. I loved my local delivery place and would order from them a couple times a month – until last month they stopped offering delivery. I still need my Mongolian Beef, Pineapple Chicken, and Fried Rice but it is to hard to get my toddler dressed and out the door to just pick up takeout. It is way easier to make it at home, and healthier too because you can control the ingredients.
So this week we made Pineapple Chicken. Go get the crockpot because you are going to want this for dinner tonight. (I know I have been on a crockpot kick, I promise next week we are just using a skillet.)
