Parmesan Chicken – Gluten Free
  1. In a small bowl mix the cheese and seasonings.
  2. Rinse the chicken and place it on a cutting board/ small dish. Pat the top and bottom with the cheese mix.
  3. Move the chicken to the baking dish of your choice and cover with the remaining cheese mix. (Try to keep the cheese on top of the chicken – if to much gets in the bottom of the pan it will just make a burnt on mess you have to scrub.)
  4. Bake at 400 for 25 min or till thermometer reads 165 F.

*This can easily be made with more chicken breasts, just double the recipe for every 2 breasts you are doing.

*My chicken always comes out a light blonde color with just a hint of toasty brown on the crust.  If you want a darker crust broil your chicken for the last 3 minutes.

*Remember to make this gluten free you have to check your Italian seasoning and make sure it is gluten free.
